@hilda_png itunes is its own thing. apple music is the subscription service like spotify and itunes is where you pay for song and download them.

@mousterpiece The whole uproar around Mulan pricing has never made sense to me. Either pay $30 or don’t. Disney doesn’t owe you by putting it on the service early. And other movies are going for $20-$25 for renting on iTunes early, so $30 wasn’t that crazy.

@NickVerstijlen @AppleSupport I have the exact same issue with the exact same 6-film bundle. 5 of the 6 films upgraded. Return of the King did not; still HD in my library. I also now notice that Return of the King (extended version) isn’t listed on iTunes any longer. Hopefully they are fixing it.

@niltiac 1. reboot (hold power button and restart)2. go to Go to Settings > [your name]. Scroll down to bottom. Tap Sign Out. then sign in.3. make sure your payment settings are ok, go to Settings > Tap iTunes & App Store > Apple ID etc and make sure valid card details are entered.

@KaylaKayden Software issue. You’ll just have to do a repair and restore with iTunes. It’s easy, but can take about 25 minutes

@wheetadzie Yeah I made 3 desktop wallpapers out of it. Thanks to this though that there's a point in buying the album off itunes coz we already pay streaming service subscription anyway it feels dumb to buy the album if not for the digital booklet.

I hate music competition shows now. It's not about singing. It's about taking well known songs and slowing them down so much they sound unrecognizable so they can try to sell more copies of it on iTunes.

iTunes has been deleting **** for years and I never got rid of my CDs, so it's mostly not terrible, but it's now deleted every Gin Blossoms song except Hey Jealousy AND YES I IMPORTED THE WHOLE ALBUM and I'm taking this very personally.

Well, I attempted to contact @AppleSupport through Apple's site, which let me send an email explaining my app store problem, which was promptly answered by an iTunes agent who directed me to contact Apple Support through the site portal I had just used to contact them. Groovy.
